Priscilla Gilbert

Priscilla has been in the financial services industry for 17 years. She worked as a principal Investment Adviser Representative and Vice-President of J. Cole Financial Advisers, Inc. since 2010. As the President of CenterPoint Financial, Inc., Priscilla has had extensive experience helping individuals to achieve their financial goals. In her roles at JCFA, the private client group at Merrill Lynch, and as the Assistant Vice President for Development at Norwich University she has put the client first in developing a plan to meet the client’s unique personal and financial goals.
Priscilla is a graduate of Boston College where she studied sociology with a focus on corporate social responsibility. While a student, she also served as a research assistant for Trillium Asset Management profiling corporations for their social performance. She carried her interest in social investing and philanthropy to J. Merrill Lynch in Seattle, her work at Norwich University, and most recently in her client work at J. Cole Financial.

Priscilla holds the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation, and is a member of NAPFA™ (National Association for Personal Financial Advisors). She actively participates in the NAPFA study group of northern Vermont.
Priscilla lives in Vermont with her two young children and husband. Priscilla enjoys spending time with her family and helping her children to engage in the world around them. In her free time she enjoys running, skiing – both cross-country and downhill – and mountain biking. Priscilla is involved in her community as a Board member of East Montpelier Elementary School, the East Montpelier Recreation Committee, and the Finance Committee of the Old Meeting House. She is also a member of Montpelier Alive and Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility. She is happy to serve on the VRC board and help to achieve VRC’s goals for preserving Vermont’s natural water resources and shore land.
