Property Description:  The Second Branch of the White River flows through a landscape dominated by agricultural lands.  The owners of the Fat Rooster Farm recognized the importance of allowing the Second Branch to meander freely, even though over time there may be a gradual loss of currently active agricultural land. A buffer of permanent vegetation will also be established.
