Property Description:  This project is located in the backyard of the Plainfield Coop along the Winooski River.

Project Background:   Vermont River Conservancy worked with local volunteers and the tenth grade class from Cabot School to turn this site into an official river access point.  The team cleared debris, installed a gravel trail, and constructed two sets of timber-cribbed access stairs.  Students also helped develop a landscape plane that incorporates a rain garden and interpretive signage.
