Emma Heffner- 2019 Stewardship Intern

Joining the VRC team for the summer of 2019 is University of Vermont senior, Emma Heffner! Emma studies Environmental Studies and Latin American Cultural Studies at UVM and is excited to be spending her summer outdoors in Vermont’s beautiful natural environment. Originally from Reading, Pennsylvania, Emma hopes to gain valuable field study and non-profit experience that she can use to pursue an outdoor-oriented career. She is passionate about environmental justice and activism, music, and writing, and is grateful to be a part of VRC for the summer.
